Wild Within

Virtual Embodiment Circles for Women

A place to step out of the noise, come back to yourself, and make space for what makes you feel alive.

Wild Within is an invitation to step out of the noise and come back into relationship with yourself.

We spend so much of our lives moving.

Thinking. Doing. Caring. Planning. Responding. Keeping up.

This is your invitation to move at a different pace.

Twice a month, we gather in an open circle to create intentional space to slow down, come back into our bodies, and notice what becomes available when we give ourselves time to simply be with ourselves.

A place to feel instead of figure out.

To listen instead of override.

To explore instead of improve.

To be witnessed without needing to perform.

To deepen into your own experience while surrounded by other women doing the same.

There is nothing to complete and nowhere you need to get to.

Come as you are.

Each Circle Is a Different Doorway

Every Wild Within gathering begins with a different exploration.

The theme gives us somewhere to begin.

Your experience is where we go from there.

Rather than only talking about boundaries, we might become curious about how yes and no are experienced in the body.

Rather than talking about the importance of rest, we might notice what happens when we actually allow ourselves to stop.

Rather than defining pleasure, we might explore what it is like to notice something that feels good and stay with it a little longer.

Rather than asking what we should want, we might create enough space to become curious about what we are actually drawn toward.

Less learning about yourself. More experiencing yourself.

What Happens in a Circle?

We begin by arriving.

We slow down, orient to the space around us, notice our bodies, and become curious about what we need to feel supported.

Then we explore.

I'll introduce the theme and offer a little context or reflection to give us somewhere to begin, without turning our time together into a lecture.

Then we move into experience.

Depending on the circle, you may be invited into movement, breath, sensory exploration, music, self-contact, ritual, creativity, reflection, stillness, sound, pleasure, or other embodied practices.

Then we witness.

There is space to share, listen, reflect, and be in the presence of other women's experiences without fixing, advising, or interpreting one another.

And before we leave, we give ourselves time to integrate.

What did I notice?

What came alive?

What do I want to remember?

What might I carry with me into my life?

You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. Sharing is optional, and every practice is an invitation.

Wild Within Is for All Women

You don't have to consider yourself an "embodiment person" to belong here.

Wild Within is for women with different lives, interests, personalities, backgrounds, and ways of moving through the world.

You might be a mother who rarely gets an hour that feels entirely your own.

A woman building a career or leading a team who spends much of her day thinking, deciding, and getting things done.

Someone who feels most like herself with dirt on her hands or hiking boots on her feet.

A creative.

An athlete.

A caregiver.

A therapist.

An entrepreneur.

Someone who loves yoga, ritual, and spirituality.

Or someone who doesn't connect with any of those things at all.

You might arrive deeply connected to your body, or realize you've rarely thought about what it means to be connected to it.

There isn't a certain kind of woman you need to be to benefit from having space to slow down, feel, connect, and experience more of your own life.

Wild Within isn't about adopting a particular lifestyle, belief system, or version of femininity.

It's about getting curious about your experience.

Your body. Your needs. Your boundaries. Your pleasure. Your creativity. Your relationships. Your ways of feeling alive.

You don't have to fit the space. The space is designed to make room for you.

Wild Within Is for You If...

  • You’ve done a lot of thinking, learning, reflecting, or personal growth, but you’re craving more opportunities to actually experience what you know.

  • You spend much of your life doing, caring, planning, working, or moving toward what’s next and long for intentional space to slow down and be with yourself.

  • You want to feel more connected to your body without turning your body into another thing to fix, manage, or improve.

  • You’re curious about your needs, boundaries, desires, pleasure, creativity, sensuality, voice, or aliveness and want space to explore them rather than find the “right” answer.

  • You miss having time to feel, move, rest, play, create, receive, or simply notice what is happening within you.

  • You’re longing for meaningful connection with other women where you can be witnessed without being fixed, advised, compared to, or expected to perform vulnerability.

  • You want to explore what it feels like to remain connected to yourself while being in connection with others.

  • You want somewhere you can return to without another commitment to maintain. No curriculum to complete. No catching up. No expectation that you attend every time.

  • You want more than tending to what is difficult. You also want space for pleasure, curiosity, expression, beauty, creativity, desire, and the things that make you feel alive.

Or maybe you can't quite name what you're looking for.

You simply know you are craving more space to be with yourself, more depth in the way you experience your life, and more connection with other women.

You don't need previous experience with embodiment. You don't need to attend every circle. And you don't need to arrive any particular way.

Come once. Come often. Come whenever something in you is asking for a little more room.

A Note About the Space

Wild Within is an educational and experiential embodiment offering and is not group psychotherapy or a substitute for individualized mental health or medical care.

Some practices may invite you into sensation, emotion, movement, pleasure, self-contact, or reflection.

You are always the authority on your own participation.

Every practice is invitational. You are welcome to modify, pause, observe, keep your eyes open, step away, or opt out entirely. Sharing is always a choice.

The intention is not to push past your boundaries.

It is to create enough space to notice and honor them.
