Jungian-inspired archetypal exploration · Shadow work · Embodiment · Personal mythology
Explore who you are. Meet the parts you have hidden. Imagine who you could become. Embody the possibilities.
An experiential journey through the stories that have shaped us, the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide, and the possibilities waiting beyond familiar identities.
A MYTH & BECOMING JOURNEY
12 WEEKS · REFLECTION · EMBODIMENT · CREATIVE EXPLORATION
Unbind the story · Meet the shadow · Reimagine possibility · Embody your becoming
The invitation
There is more to you than the stories you've learned to live by.
The Feminine Unveiled is a twelve-week experiential group for women who want to deepen their relationship with themselves, explore the many dimensions of their identity, and discover new possibilities for how they want to live.
Through archetypes, mythology, personal storytelling, shadow exploration, embodied practices, and creative expression, we make space to explore the qualities we express freely, the ones we have learned to suppress, and the ones we may be longing to discover.
01
Discover what shaped you
Explore the personal, relational, and cultural stories that have influenced who you believe you should be. Understand old patterns without shaming the self who needed them.
02
Welcome more of yourself
Meet hidden, judged, or underexpressed qualities with curiosity. Explore the needs, longings, and protective patterns that may live beneath them.
03
Live into new possibilities
Bring insight into lived experience through body awareness, movement, imagination, creativity, boundaries, and intentional everyday choices.
“You don't have to become someone new to discover more of who you are.”
Myth & Becoming
The twelve-week journey
Four seasons of becoming.
The archetypes are symbolic lenses, not boxes to fit into. You may recognize yourself in several, resist others, or discover that their meaning changes as you do. Each season opens a different doorway into self-discovery.

The Myth & Becoming method
Insight is a beginning. Becoming is something we live.
Each archetype is explored through four interconnected movements. We return to them throughout the journey, allowing new layers to emerge in their own time.
I. Unbind the Story
Recognize the identities, expectations, and narratives that have shaped you. Ask which stories still serve you and which have become too small.
II. Meet the Shadow
Explore qualities, needs, desires, and emotions you may have hidden or judged. Approach protective patterns with compassion rather than treating them as flaws.
III. Reimagine What's Possible
Use mythology, archetypal imagery, storytelling, and creativity to imagine identities and ways of living beyond familiar roles.
IV. Embody Your Becoming
Experiment through somatic awareness, movement, breath, sensory exploration, boundaries, and small everyday choices.
The experience
A practice of curiosity, not perfection.
This is an invitation to explore, not a test to pass. You do not need to arrive with answers, a particular relationship to your body, or a clear idea of who you want to become.
Twelve guided archetypal explorations
Journaling and personal mythology prompts
Embodied practices and sensory invitations
Creative reflection and optional sharing
Four seasonal integration rituals
Optional practices to carry into everyday life
Choice is part of the practice.
You are welcome to move, remain still, write, share, or simply observe. There is no pressure to disclose personal experiences or to engage in any practice that does not feel right for you. Your experience belongs to you.
The archetypes are symbolic lenses for reflection, not diagnoses or fixed categories. No one else gets to decide which archetype you are.
