From a young age, I was captivated by the worlds that offered more than just escape. They became a mirror for my soul—stories of heroines facing great trials, discovering their inner power, and finding a sense of belonging in places where they least expected it.
These epic fantasies have always called to me, with their heroines embarking on extraordinary journeys that echo the very essence of self-discovery, transformation, and self-love. And through these stories, I realized something profound—these heroines were speaking directly to the whisper of my own soul. They longed for freedom, for connection, for love, and for the courage to step fully into their own truth—much like the journey I have been on.
For years, I’ve been walking my own soul journey, fueled by my work in the mental health field. I have immersed myself in somatic work, attachment and relationship healing, identity development, and mind-body practices. This deep inner exploration has given me the tools to reclaim my power, embrace my full self, and build the kind of sisterhood and support network that has truly changed my life.
This journey has been transformative, and it’s what led me to create this focus group.
